Hej and please excuse my lack of Swedish.
I recently obtained a pair of the Mirsch OM 3-29. I moved here recently and been very intrigued by the cool designs of Olle Mirsch. They are in a nice shape and sound well.
However, the cable that is supposed to connect the two speakers together and enable the side tweeters to work is missing.
My problem is double:
1. I do not recognize the type of jack and therefore can't find replacement cable. Any ideas what type is it and where and how can i get one?
2. One speaker has this jack blocked by a broken pin. I need somehow to take it out/ bypass it/ maybe solder it to a new piece of cable?
I hope you can help me solve those issues and get the side tweeters to work. I am hoping it is worth the hassle. They sound nice as is, and the last owner had them for some years without even trying.
I am based in Stockholm and not very DIY savvy unfortunately. I sent emails with photos to shops like HIFI KIT and waiting to hear back. I still unsure how much am i willing to pay to get that fixed tho. Not sure if the Panorama is not just a gimmick.
Any thoughts and ideas would be very appreciated.
