This one comes with a solid state "relay"
I use it myself

Yes, I had those in mind as well. But the one I found was a little bit more expensive:
But to get an even temperature I need four of them; one per heater element.
So I decided against it.
Also, being the Chinese New Year time of the year, the shops are not open until the 25th of February.
And, from the 1th of Mars, every package from outside EU will get an administrative cost of 75 SEK plus the VAT.
So it would have been to expensive and I'd have to wait a long time for them.
I have all the stuff I need to build my way at home already.
I also want the usage of the oven to be use case based:
- heat up the oven to 170 degrees,
- signal to user that the oven is at 170 degrees,
- wait for user to insert jigg,
- bake for 20 minutes,
- signal to user that membrane has baked for 20 minutes,
- turn of oven.
Thus not controlling the regulators manually.
Main obstacle for doing it my way is to get the K termocoupler's amplification (+42 dB is 5 mV/degree) noise free.
The oven so far:
