Har bara skummat den, men den verkar intressant. Artikelförfattaren länkar också till mjukvara man kan leka med för att lägga på distorsion av olika typer till befintliga ljudfiler.

and the parameters are therefore a = 1, b = 0.2. Note that in this case, as with all even-order nonlinearities, a DC offset is also added to the signal, here with the value –0.1.

...utan att han har specificerat amplituden på signalen. Givetvis beror distorsionen på insignalens styrka.
