Hello Carlsson fans,
There are somewhat conflicting information about crossover wiring and driver phasing floating around in the forums.
For the record, regarding OD-11, OA-12 and OA-14:
1. The factory original phasing is as follows:
all three loudspeakers have their diskants in reverse polarity with bas (diskant + is connected to –IN, i.e. ground return).
2. The factory original wiring of the HF attenuator jumpers is as follows:
J1 (brown wire) is tied to point A on the original crossover board,
J2 (orange wire) is tied to point C on the board,
J3 (red wire) is tied to point B on the board,
J4 is not connected to anything,
yielding: J1-J2 = +2dB, J2-J3 = 0dB and J3-J4 = -2dB HF attenuation.
(Accordingly, per factory, J1 is at the edge of the baffleboard and J4 at the center).
The most widely circulated original crossover schematic drawing appears to be the following one:

Note that diskant polarity is wrong for all three loudspeakers
(grafpro’s new website (http://www.carlssonkult.se) has the correct phasing information).
Also, the jumper part of the schematic does not match actual factory wiring, and can’t be used for debugging.
So, until we are graced with a better original crossover drawing, be warned!

Updates:
- information corrected for OD-11
- polarity substituted to phasing
